Raw Plantain Masala
Most of us have a pre conceived notion about which vegetable goes with rotis and what tastes good with rice, isn’t it? In Kerala, people do eat lot of raw plantain in different forms. The most common form being simple stir fry with or without grated coconut, added in avial, erisseri, koottukari, kalan etc. And most of these goes well with steamed rice. We generally make some North Indian style curries with our rotis. So, the other day, me and Neha were thinking of
trying raw plantain in such a way that it would go well with our chapatis. Thus this recipe was born 🙂
