    Hi, made these cookies…Came out awesome and crunchy…But one problem inspire of keeping them in air tight container they have become soft after 3-4 hrs. How to solve this problem?

    • Might hv to bake for 2 more minutes. Still.u can do it. Bake for 2 or more minutes. Then cool n store. At times it happens. Another secret… just declare thay these are soft n chewy cookies šŸ™‚ hope you understand what I am saying

    Do the cookies have to be flattened after rollong into balls or do they flatten while baking? Mine have not flattened and the baked cookies also look like coconut balls
