Mint-Coriander Chutney
Ingredients:
- Mint leaves 1 cup
- Corinader leaves 1 cup
- Green chillies 2-3
- Garlic 1-2 cloves (optional)
- Lime juice 1 tbsp
- Salt as required
- Sugar a small pinch
Method:
- Clean and wash mint and coriander leaves.
- Grind all ingredients into a fine paste adding very little water.
Notes:
- In mango season, you can add a small piece of raw mango instead of lime juice. Or you can add a teaspoon of dry mango (amchur) powder.
- Serve this chutney with any kind of fritters or kebabs or can be used to make sandwiches.
