Sprouts salad
A simple sprouts salad which is filled with veggies and nuts. You can use any sprouts of your choice. I have used moth beans sprouts here. If you like your salads with dressing, you can mix lemon juice or vinegar with some extra virgin olive oil along with crushed pepper and drizzle of over the
salad. Roasted peanuts, almonds or pumpkin seeds add a nice crunch to the salad. So, please do not skip the nuts part. Also adding apple pieces gives it a sweeter taste. You may add pomegranate arils for beauty as well as taste 🙂 For a detailed post on how to make sprouts at home, please click here.
