Nutella Banana Crepes
I am extremely sorry that I don’t have a decent photograph of this yummy crepe. But I can assure you that it tastes absolutely delicious and yummy. I have used a combination of whole wheat flour and all purpose flour. Plus this recipe is eggless too. But one can always add an egg and make this even more healthier, fluffier
and tasty. Pair it with a dollop of fresh whipped cream and a couple of berries to make it more appealing and picturesque. My hubby who is generally not a fan of sweets enjoyed this crepe and gobbled up two in a matter of few minutes 🙂
As always I have used a 240 ml cup. I have used brown sugar in the recipe, but you can always use white sugar. If you like your crepes to be very sweet, you can increase the amount of sugar used in the recipe by a tablespoon or two. I shall surely make this again and possibly take better pictures too. Till then, try out the recipe and share your feedback too.
