Mango Pachadi/Raita
Raw mangoes are excellent during summer season. Make some aam Panna with it or make tangy sweet n sour murabba or add it in curries, it will help to cool the body. Another simple version to have it is in the form of a chutney or a raita. In kerala, it’s called “maanga perukku”. It’s more like a pachadi. We grind the raw mango pieces with some grated coconut
and chilies. Add some thick curd to it and finally garnish it with a nice tempering of mustard seeds and curry leaves. It’s as simple as that 🙂 Serve it with rice and dal or pair it with some dosa, it’s going to taste amazing.
