Pizza Paratha
Have some left over pizza sauce and cheese at home? Here is a simple pizza paratha recipe. Use your regular chapati dough and if desired knead the dough with some oregano and red chili flakes for an added flavour. Smear some pizza sauce and fill it with finely chopped sauteed veggies and of course add lots of grated cheese. Make parathas and serve it hot
with tomato sauce or a cheesy dip. Alternatively, you can make thin rotis with the dough and cook it till almost done. Smear the sauce and sprinkle the veggies and cheese and cover it with another roti. Cook it on low flame till it’s golden and crispy. Cut it into wedges and enjoy these. Believe me it would resemble thin crust pizza. For more paratha recipes, please click here.
