Green Peas Soup
Another one in the list of soups 🙂 Winters are interesting with fresh green vegetables easily available in the market. Vegetables are my weakness and nothing makes me more happy than to buy and stock fresh and healthy vegetables in my kitchen. Though green peas is not a big favourite with hubby and Neha, I love to stock some fresh green peas during winters. I love adding a handful of it to
many of my subzis. Be it aalu gobi or aalu methi or soya keema or any vegetable upma or rava khichdi or vegetable pulao. The bright green pearls enhances the beauty of every dish according to me.
The other day, I made some peas parathasand surprisingly, Neha loved it. I feel one should only eat seasonal vegetables and I am not a big fan of frozen stuffs. Eat and enjoy when it’s available in abundance, don’t you all think so? So, let’s get to the recipe. It’s a very simple soup and can be made in just few minutes. It’s a very creamy and thick soup.
