Oats Dosa/Uthappam
Another healthy quick fix dosa or Uthappam, whatever you may like to call it. Perfect for those days when you haven’t planned anything for your breakfast or dinner. These are much better, tastier and healthier than buying store bought idli/dosa batter. Somehow, I have a huge mental block when it comes to buying readymade idli/dosa batter. I would rather prefer a simple whole wheat flour dosa. This is a spicy and crispy dosa and goes very
well with coconut or tomato chutney. The best part is you don’t need to rest the batter for a long time or allow it to ferment.
You simply need to add a nice tempering and make the batter with curd and water. Keep it aside for 10-15 minutes and you are ready to roll them into dosas. Oats add a nice crunch to it. For similar recipes, you can click on millet adai dosa or oats veggies Uthappam.
