Paneer Shawarma
I have posted a simple recipe of Chicken Shawarma in an earlier post of mine. So I thought why not try a vegetarian version of this Shawarma? What better than substituting chicken with everyone’s favourite paneer? But I was pleasantly surprised and pleased to see so many recipes not paneer Shawarma on the internet 🙂 so here is my version of very simple and flavourful Paneer Shawarma. Pair it with healthy whole wheat pita bread or corn tortillas or plain rotis and serve with lot of veggies, home made mayonnaise, hummus, pickled vegetables. Please do share your feedback if you happen to try these at home.
