    Have been reading all ur posts & also trying most of them…can u pls update me on how to make the batter ready for appams using market ready appams position….how do I add the yeast,what qty and how lo ng to ferment…Am not a malyali…but living in Ernakulam… Pls help.

    • Hi. I have a post on making aappam by batter in my blog. If you use ready made packets, instructions will be on the packet, isn’t it? It’s very easy to make batter at home and much tastier than ready batter. Please let me know if you need any further information:)
