Sauteed Paneer Capsicum

A quick paneer-capsicum stir fry which gets ready in just under 10 minutes and ideal to pack in your kid’s lunch box along with phulkas. This is one of Neha’s favourite side dish with chapati. Just few ingredients, less oil and protein packed, ideal for school kids.
Ingredients:
- Onion 1
- Green Chilly 1
- Capsicum 1
- Paneer 100 gm
- Spring onion 4-5 sprigs
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
- Oil 1 -2 tsp
Method:
- Chop the onion finely. Slit the green chilly and chop the capsicum and paneer into cubes. Finely chop the spring onion and keep all these ready.
- Heat oil in a kadhai or a on stick pan and saute the onions till it is pink in colour.
- Add capsicum, green chilly, salt and turmeric powder and mix well for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the paneer cubes and chopped spring onions.
- Garnish with the remaining spring onion greens and a tomato flower.
- A no-fuss easy paneer recipe is ready to be packed for your kid.
Notes:
- You can add boiled peas or corn to make it more healthy.
- Boiled carrot and beans can also be added.
