Paneer Bhurji
After having a simple paneer recipe for your kids, it is but natural to have a quick fast paneer recipe for your hubby too, isn’t it? A simple paaner bhurji to be served along with simple dal and rice or phulkas.
Ingredients:
- Onion 1 big
- Green Chillies 1-2
- Tomato 1
- Paneer 200 gm
- Salt to taste
- Pepper powder 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves 2-3 sprigs
- Oil 1 -2 tsp
Method:
- Chop the onion finely. Slit the green chillies and chop the tomato into cubes. Crumble paneer block roughly. Finely chop the coriander leaves and keep all these ready.
- Heat oil in a kadhai or a on stick pan and saute the onions till it is pink in colour.
- Add the green chillies, tomato pieces and salt. Mix it well for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the crumbled paneer and mix well.
- Sprinkle pepper powder and garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve it with rotis or steaming rice and dal tadka.
Notes:
- The paneer might become hard if you pack it for long hours, so it is preferred to serve it warm.
