Salsa dip
Ingredients:
- Ripe tomatoes 3 big
- Onion 1
- Salt as required
- Sugar a pinch
- Green chilly 1
- Jalapeno 1
- Red Capsicum 1/2
- Coriander leaves finely chopped 1 tbsp
- Extra virgin olive oil 1 tbsp (optional)
Method:
- Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water and Deskin them.
- Remove the seeds and chop the tomatoes finely.
- Finely chop the onion, capsicum, green chilly, jalapeno and coriander leaves.
- Add the above to the tomatoes and mix well.
- Add salt, sugar and drizzle oil on top.
- Easy salsa dip is ready.
- Its usually served as an accompaniment with Nachos
