Chocolate Energy Drink
As a mother, we all strive to make our kids eat healthy food and to refrain them from hoarding on junk and store bought stuff. I am not saying that we need to keep our kids completely away from fast food and store bought over the shelf goodies, but we really need to do it in moderation. Many times we buy these so called health drinks from the supermarkets thinking that we are really making our kids consume healthy stuff. But one look at the ingredients and we would be shocked at the amount of preservatives and sugar loaded in it. So here is a super healthy preservative free pakka desi style energy drink.
The internet has loads of recipes of such energy based drinks and this is my version of the same. Vouched and certified by my cute little niece 🙂 She has in fact suggested that I give it a nice name and market it. Well, let’s see how to go about it. It’s perfect to give your kids before they go to school or during the evenings. As always I have used a 240 ml cup. Please do share your feedback with me. It will help me to come up with with more such recipes. Thanks for all your support and love through these years. It really really means a lot.
