Ladies Finger Chutney
When I was at my in-laws place last weekend, as usual my mom in law was going through her Facebook feed on her i-pad. Btw, she loves to spend her free time with her i-pad playing games (she plays real brainy games) or going through Facebook. She came and showed me a video of ladies finger chutney. We both were a bit surprised as neither of us had heard it before. I was really excited and told her that I shall surely try it. And here I am 3 days later with my version. And believe me, it tastes
simply yum. I had it for my lunch with some hot steamed rice. And it’s such an easy-peasy recipe with just few ingredients. I am sure it’s going to taste lovely with idli or dosa too.
All you need is some ladies finger and simply saute it till it’s almost cooked. Grind it along with green chilies, garlic and tamarind. You may additionally add a tablespoon of grated coconut or roasted peanuts too. All you need is a bowl of steamed rice and dal to go along with this spicy n tangy chutney.
