Paneer Rice
A simple and easy to make lunch box recipe for your kids. You can cook rice the previous night and it takes hardly 5-7 minutes to cook up this delicious and healthy recipe. You can add more veggies of your choice and make it more interesting.
Ingredients:
- Cooked basmati rice 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Paneer 100 gm
- Pepper powder to taste
- Capsicum a small piece
- Onion 1 small
- Chilli flakes a pinch (optional)
- Coriander leaves/ Spring onion green 2 sprigs
- Refined Oil 1 tbsp
Method:
- Slice the onion finely and cut the capsicum and paneer into cubes.
- Heat oil in a kadhai or a non stick pan and saute the onion till it is translucent.
- Add the capsicum, paneer pieces and the cooked rice and toss gently. Sprinkle salt, pepper powder or chilli flakes on top.
- Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves or spring onion greens and serve hot or pack it in your kids lunch box.
